This limited edition cuvée of Red Red Wine was created by bringing a private Bordeaux Chateau together with UB40 featuring Ali Campbell and Astro, the founding members of Britain‘s biggest reggae band. They sold over 80 million records as they took their smooth yet rootsy musical blend to all corners of the globe.Produced from Merlot and Petit Verdot, the great Right Bank Bordeaux grape varieties, this cuvée is a unique rhythmic expression of this famous wine region. It’s enough to get the Right Bank jammin.

VINIFICATION
Plot selection and crop selection on table, destemming and crushing before vatting, cold fermentation maceration, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature to preserve fresh fruit aromas. Frequent pump-overs and releases for a good extraction, maturing in concrete vats during 12 months.
