You can return any item within 15 days of receipt for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size or colour. Just note down the details of your replacement on the return form that came with your order.

We will refund the price you purchased your item at, which includes sale items.

​

All goods will be inspected on return.

​

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are suitably packed and are protected from being damaged in transit.

​

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

​

All items returned must be in their original condition, including tags and any packaging. We recommend you obtain proof of postage.

Terms & Conditions for UB40 Red Red Wine Competition

There is not cash alternative and the prize is non transferable. Usual competition rules apply.   Winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries.  Closing date is 31st August 2021. Entrants must be over 18.   We will not share your details with third parties but may send you details of further eminent-life news and offers.

COMPETITION

No purchase is necessary to enter any competitions on Eminent Wines and prizes are as stated only and no cash alternatives will be given. Competitions are open to all UK residents (over the age of 18 in alcohol or travel-related competitions, or in other cases as stated) except employees of the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents or anyone directly connected with the competition.

 

Only one entry is permitted per person. No bulk or third party entries are permitted. Persons must be 18 or over years old. Competition entries must be completed accurately and Eminent Wines reserves the right not to accept the entry if it is completed incorrectly.

 

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or mislaid. Eminent Wines has the full and free right to alter arrangements or prizes should circumstances change and to terminate a competition before the specified closing date. All entries and copyright in competition entries automatically become the property of Eminent Wines upon entering a competition and all entrants to competitions agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise.

To the extent permitted by law, Eminent Wines excludes all liability for any loss in connection with competitions. The closing date for receipt of entries is as stated for each individual competition. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries, and will be notified by telephone or email within 28 days of the closing date – the judge’s decision is final in all cases. These competition terms and conditions are effective as of 1 January 2021.

 

Eminent Wines may change these competition terms and conditions at any time. You should periodically revisit these competition terms and conditions to be sure that you are familiar with the current policy.
